Sri Lanka, Nov. 6 -- Bandula Gunaratne, who served as the Magistrate of the Gampaha Magistrate's Court, has been transferred to the Judicial Training Institute in Colombo, with effect from the 9th.

The transfer was reportedly communicated to the Magistrate through a letter signed by the Secretary of the Judicial Service Commission on the 6th.
