Sri Lanka, July 29 -- Four individuals died in fatal accidents reported from various areas of the country, according to the Police Media Division.

These incidents were recorded as road incidents linked to motorcycle crashes, that occurred within the police divisions of Hurigaswewa, Godakawela, Mawathagama, and Maho, yesterday (28).

An accident on the Galnewa-Thambuttegama road near the thirtieth-kilometre post in the Hurigaswewa police division resulted in the death of a 59-year-old resident of Kalankuttiya yesterday (28). The victim was travelling on a motorcycle towards Namalgamuwa when the motorcycle went out of control and overturned on the road while trying to avoid a dog crossing the road.
