Sri Lanka, April 7 -- Former Chairman of the Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation, Sarath Kongahage, and former Additional Director General Devapriya Abeysinghe remain in remand custody until April 17.

The Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court issued this order following their arrest by the Bribery Commission. The two former officials face charges related to causing a financial loss to the government.
