Sri Lanka, Aug. 23 -- Former presidents and opposition party leaders are scheduled to hold a special press conference in Colombo tomorrow in support of Former President Ranil Wickremesinghe, who is currently in remand custody.

The decision was made during a special meeting today at a political office on Flower Road in Colombo.

The attendees, which included Mahinda Rajapaksa and Maithripala Sirisena, discussed a plan to continuously advocate on behalf of Wickremesinghe.

The meeting was also attended by leaders and representatives from several political parties, including Dayasiri Jayasekara, Thalatha Athukorala, Ruwan Wijewardene, Mano Ganesan, P. Digambaram, Rishad Bathiudeen, Rauff Hakeem, Akila Viraj Kariyawasam, Vajira Abeywardena, ...
