Sri Lanka, Sept. 11 -- Former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa was summoned to the Financial Crimes Investigation Division (FCID) today (11), reports indicate. This is to record a statement in connection with the MiG aircraft deal.

Former Commander of the Air Force, Marshal of the Air Force Roshan Goonetileke arrived at the Financial Crimes Investigation Division (FCID) yesterday (10) to record a statement regarding this deal.

He left the Financial Crimes Investigation Division after providing a statement for several hours.
