Five state-of-the-art mammography machines provided for hospitals
Sri Lanka, May 31 -- Five state-of-the-art mammography machines to detect breast cancer early and for post-treatment services were provided to the local hospital system.
The total value amounts to 765 million rupees.
A specifically planned programme is currently implemented under the instruction and guidance of Health and Media Minister Doctor Nalinda Jayatissa to systematically and more efficiently carry out treatment services provided to the public by enhancing the physical resources of the country's health service.
