Sri Lanka, Sept. 2 -- The final rites of popular model Chulapadmendra were performed this afternoon (02).

Her remains were kept at a private funeral parlour in Borella until this afternoon before being taken for the final rites.

Family relatives, friends, and personalities from the arts sector gathered to attend the final rites of Chulapadmendra, who was a prominent figure in the modelling industry.
