Sri Lanka, Oct. 8 -- The United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) has adopted Resolution A/HRC/60/L.1/Rev.1, titled "Promoting reconciliation, accountability and human rights in Sri Lanka," without a vote during its 60th session. Sri Lanka had formally rejected the resolution during the 41st meeting, but failed to even call for a vote on the Resolution during the course of the session.
