Sri Lanka, Sept. 26 -- The Kalutara Divisional Crime Investigation Unit has arrested a former army soldier with 5.35g of heroin, 30 live T-56 rounds and a pair of handcuffs.

The suspect, a resident of Waskaduwa, was taken into custody yesterday (25) in the Lansiyawatta area of Payagala South.

He has been handed over to Kalutara Police for further legal action.
