Sri Lanka, Aug. 11 -- The Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Namal Karunaratne, says that issues related to the purchasing of paddy have been resolved.
He made the statement at a press conference in Monaragala.
However, farmers have alleged that their problems have not been resolved. K.
