Sri Lanka, July 23 -- The court decision on whether to grant leave to proceed with the petition filed by a group of students appearing for the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination, which is to commence next month, requesting an order to postpone it by two months, is scheduled to be announced today (23).

Nine students appearing for the exam for the first and second time this year submitted this petition, and it was last considered on July 16 before the Court of Appeal bench comprising President of the Court of Appeal Judge Rohantha Abeysuriya and Priyantha Fernando.
