Sri Lanka, Sept. 18 -- The Court of Appeal has announced that the decision on whether or not to grant leave to proceed with the writ application filed by former Director of the State Intelligence Service Suresh Sallay, challenging his arrest and detention under the Prevention of Terrorism Act in connection with investigations into the Easter Sunday terrorist attacks, will be delivered on November 27.

The order was issued by a Court of Appeal bench comprising President of the Court of Appeal Justice Rohantha Abeysuriya and Justice Priyantha Fernando, following the conclusion of oral submissions today (18) after a lengthy consideration of facts.
