Sri Lanka, May 21 -- Colombo Archbishop His Eminence Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith says the country must build leadership based on strong principles.

He made the remarks while attending a ceremony marking the 125th anniversary of Pitipana Maha Vidyalaya in Negombo.
