Sri Lanka, March 23 -- A Chinese woman residing in a housing complex in the Kohuwala area was discovered deceased, according to police reports.

Authorities located the body following a tip-off received via the police emergency hotline.

Initial investigations suggest that another Chinese national carried out the act.

Police further stated that the suspect fled the area and remains at large.
