Sri Lanka, Oct. 9 -- Former Chief of Staff and Deputy Secretary-General of the Parliament of Sri Lanka, Senior Counsel Chaminda Kularatne, presented a research paper on Sri Lanka's parliamentary democracy and legislative process at the UNAM-IPSA RC08 international workshop held in Mexico City.

Over 100 scholars and researchers representing 36 countries attended the workshop held at the National University of Mexico (UNAM) following an invitation from the International Political Science Association (IPSA).
