Sri Lanka, Oct. 19 -- The Ceylon Electricity Board announced rotational power interruptions over three days, on the 19th, 20th and 21st, after a breakdown left the Lakvijaya Power Station unavailable and reduced generation.

The CEB said the demand management cuts were temporary and strictly limited to the schedules below, with the island divided into four groups. Each group faces a one-hour interruption within the 4.30 pm to 9.00 pm window.
