Sri Lanka, Aug. 26 -- Colombo Additional Magistrate Asanga S. Bodaragama ordered yesterday (25) to call the case filed by the Bribery Commission against two suspects, including former Minister of Agriculture Mahindananda Aluthgamage, over an incident of importing a sub-standard organic fertiliser ship into the country during the previous government, again on December 4.

This order was issued after considering facts presented by officers appearing in court on behalf of the Bribery Commission by submitting a further report.

Former Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage, the first suspect in the incident, was produced before court by prison officers.

Mahesh Lasantha Gammanpila, the second suspect in the incident, appeared in court.
