Sri Lanka, Oct. 28 -- The Colombo High Court today (28) ordered that the case filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) against former Navy Commander Wasantha Karannagoda and Yoshitha Rajapaksa be called for trial on November 23.

The order was issued by Colombo High Court Judge Ravindra Premarathne following the conclusion of the pre-trial conference.

The Bribery Commission filed the case alleging that the offence of "corruption" was committed by arranging for Yoshitha Rajapaksa to undergo training at the Royal Naval College in the United Kingdom despite him not possessing the required qualifications.
