Sri Lanka, Sept. 29 -- Colombo Chief Magistrate Asanga S. Bodaragama ordered today (29) that the case against Anthony Nishantha Wickramasinghe, the former Chairman of SriLankan Airlines who is currently out on bail over three corruption charges, be recalled on January 19.

The order was issued after the court considered submissions presented by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption when the matter was taken up today.

Addressing the court, the Bribery Commission stated that investigations will be concluded promptly and indictments will be filed against the suspect in the High Court. The suspect appeared in court today while remaining on bail.
