Sri Lanka, Sept. 22 -- Sri Lanka's Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) announced that 41 high-ranking officials failed to submit their required asset and liability declarations for the previous year.
The list of non-compliant officials includes a cabinet minister, four former governors, state ministers, ambassadors, senior diplomatic staff, and judges.
Among the notable individuals on the list are former Cabinet Minister Douglas Devananda and six former state ministers: Tharaka Balasuriya, Shantha Bandara, Kader Masthan, Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan, Surendra Raghavan, and the late Lohan Ratwatta.
