Sri Lanka, Sept. 21 -- The Department of Examinations states that practical tests for the 2026 General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) examination are scheduled to be held.

Arrangements were made to hold the practical tests island-wide for applicants who sat for the Advanced Level written examination.

Accordingly, practical tests are scheduled to be held from 24.09.2026 to 03.10.2026 for the subjects Dancing (Indigenous), Dancing (Bharata), Music (Oriental), Music (Carnatic), Music (Western), Drama and Theatre (Sinhala), Drama and Theatre (Tamil), and Drama and Theatre (English).
