India, July 7 -- Following Microsoft's major restructuring that cut 3,200 jobs across its struggling Xbox video games division, many affected employees have turned to social media to share their experiences. Among them is a former team member who reassured his LinkedIn network that he would be "okay," but he expressed deep concern for his laid-off colleagues.

"I unfortunately lost my role during the XBOX layoffs. I will be okay but I'm very worried about my coworkers," the man wrote.

He continued, "A lot of them had been on the team for over a decade and there's now some incredibly talented people out of a job. If anyone needs connections or just someone to talk to, I'm here for you."
