India, March 30 -- India's ambition to become a $5 trillion economy requires both a skilled and fully tapped workforce. However, a huge part of the country's talent pipeline is still leaking at a very stage: When women become mothers.
A significant number of women leave their jobs before they turn 30, often when they are moving up to mid-level positions. This happens in a lot of different fields.
