India, Aug. 15 -- Lindsay Clancy's civil lawyer, Rosemary Scapicchio, has come into focus after attorney Kevin Reddington was spotted with her during the ongoing murder trial.

Lindsay is on trial for killing her kids Cora, Dawson, and Callan. However, she's also filed a civil lawsuit against her psychiatrist and other alleging medical malpractice. While Reddington is representing her in the criminal trial, Scapicchio is Lindsay's lawyer in the civil case.

"She was stricken with this disease and did everything in her power to try to get help. The doctors just didn't listen," Scapicchio had said, backing Lindsay's claim that she did all she could to seek treatment for postpartum depression.
