India, Aug. 14 -- Patrick Lawrence was arrested by the Fort Worth Police Department for shooting LaTaivia Davis in a road rage incident that took place on the eastbound Interstate 20 on the morning of August 13 in Texas.

The arrest was made 'through coordinated efforts involving our Patrol Officers, Homicide Unit, Real Time Crime Center, Operation & Surveillance Team, Recruit Class and Directed Response Unit,' Forth Worth Police Department announced in a statement.

Speaking of the victim, they wrote "Our hearts go out to her family and loved ones as they deal with this tragic loss." A photo of Patrick Lawrence was shared as well.
