Walmart stock falls 9% as retailer finally brings Apple Pay, Google Pay
India, Aug. 21 -- Walmart stock fell sharply after the retail giant reported its latest earnings. Shares dropped around 9%, falling from $114.30 to $103.84. Walmart also saw its stock fall for the fourth straight earnings day.
The fall came despite Walmart delivering better-than-expected results and raising its full-year guidance. The results showed that the company continues to perform strongly, but investors appeared concerned about its outlook, sending the stock lower.
