India, Sept. 30 -- A bipartisan US congressional delegation met the 14th Dalai Lama at his residence in Himachal Pradesh's hill town of Dharamshala on Wednesday.

The five-member delegation, led by US House foreign affairs committee chairman Brian Mast, expressed firm support for the Tibetan cause. The group, comprising representatives James Gallagher, Jimmy Patronis, Shri Thanedar, and Haley Stevens, arrived in Dharamshala on Tuesday.
