India, June 8 -- Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, UPPBPB will begin UP Police Constable Exam 2026 on June 8, 2026. The exam will be held on June 8, 9 and 10, 2026 in two shifts- first shift from 10 am to 12 noon and second shift from 3 pm to 5 pm. 28,86,797 candidates are expected to appear for the examination.

The written exam will be held for 32,679 constable posts at 1,180 centres spread across all 75 districts of the state.

The question paper will comprise objective-type questions. The written exam will have 300 multiple-choice questions, and the exam duration is 2 hours. The exam will consist of the 4 subjects- General Knowledge, General Hindi, Numerical and Mental Ability and Mental Aptitude, Intelligence Quot...
