LUCKNOW, Aug. 22 -- The Centre has betrayed the OBC and backward communities by excluding a separate OBC column from the caste census and this should make the BJP allies from the OBC communities rethink their strategy in Uttar Pradesh, said Anil Jaihind chairman of All India Congress Committee OBC Wing on Friday.

"The OBC allies including Anupriya Patel, Sanjay Nishad and OP Rajbhar also need to focus upon the fact that centre betrayed the entire OBC. Government said in the parliament that second round of caste census will have column for OBC, which didn't came in the notification.
