LUCKNOW, Aug. 21 -- Basic education officers (BEOs) across multiple districts in Uttar Pradesh have issued orders prohibiting entry of outsiders, including YouTubers, and video recording inside state-run primary and upper primary schools without permission "to ensure smooth teaching and learning activities in schools". Additional chief secretary, basic and secondary education, Partha Sarthi Sen Sharma, however, said no such order was issued by the state government.
