BENGALURU, Sept. 26 -- Two men have been arrested in Karnataka's Chikkaballapur and Hassan districts for allegedly discussing plans and raising money for terror attacks in a Telegram group, police said on Friday. The suspects in custody were identified as 21-year-old Mohammed Shabbir from Chikkaballapur's Bapujinagar, who was arrested late on Wednesday, and 23-year-old Shabaz Salman from Bihar's Patna, who was arrested in Hassan on Thursday. Police said the arrests followed inputs from the state intelligence department.
