Travel Insights: Why monsoon travel is becoming a favourite with Indian travellers
India, Aug. 23 -- For years, the monsoon came with an unspoken travel warning: stay home, wait for the rain to pass and plan that holiday later. That thinking is changing. Indian travellers are increasingly looking at the rainy season as a good time to take a break, particularly when the idea of travel itself is shifting from one big annual holiday to shorter, more experience-led escapes.
According to Mr Vishal Vincent Tony, Managing Director, Aratt Developers, the change has a lot to do with what travellers now want from their time away.
