My husband and I looked at each other immediately, only to burst into silly faces. Of course, we had to pause Cate Blanchett's underrated performance in Where'd You Go, Bernadette? How I have never been able to read the many adventures of Pippi Longstocking to my daughter, or never finished watching A Series of Unfortunate Events, or howled my way through both Inside Out films, and how I'll never pick up Charlotte's Web, is a significant part of my family's favourite party-tale repertoire.
