Kolkata, Nov. 1 -- India have spent this T20I series against New Zealand looking beyond their first-choice bowling attack. Jasprit Bumrah rested, Kuldeep Yadav and Varun Chakravarthy kept out, Axar Patel shouldering much of the spin responsibility, with opportunities for Mayank Yadav, Prince Yadav and Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Nitish Kumar Reddy, meanwhile, has been given the chance to establish himself as a seam-bowling allrounder.
