India, April 22 -- The Telangana high court on Wednesday directed the state government not to take any coercive action against Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) president K Chandrasekhar Rao based on the basis of findings of the PC Ghose Commission, which probed the alleged irregularities in the execution of Kaleshwaram irrigation project.
A division bench of the high court comprising chief justice Aparesh Kumar Singh and justice GM Mohiuddin, which reserved its judgement on April 8 and delivered it on Wednesday.
