NASHIK, April 18 -- Four days after Tata Sons chairman N Chandrasekaran announced a probe, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Friday said it had not received any complaints on its ethics or POSH channels regarding allegations of sexual harassment, religious coercion and other misconduct at its Nashik BPO. It clarified that Nida Khan, a process associate suspended April 9 and an accused in the case, did not hold any leadership or HR role.
