Hyderabad, Oct. 23 -- Four people were killed and one other was injured after a speeding SUV rammed into them on NH-16 in Kakinada district of Andhra Pradesh early on Thursday, police said. According to police, the incident took place at Kathipudi village at around 6 am. The deceased were identified as Sirigidi Erraiah (38), Lingala Sitaram (45), Bonela Sathibabu (40) and Thatipudi Shivaprasad (40). Peddapuram deputy superintendent of police ABG Tilak said the accident occurred when the group of devotees were going towards a tea stall during a halt in their journey from Denkada in Vizianagaram district to Vijayawada.
