CHENNAI, May 15 -- In a major reshuffle, Tamil Nadu government on Thursday transferred senior IAS officers, appointing V Arun Roy as secretary of the higher education department.
T Udhayachandran was transferred and appointed additional chief secretary and chairman of the Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation.
He was previously serving as additional chief secretary in the finance department, an official release said.
Darez Ahmed, managing director and CEO of Guidance Tamil Nadu, was appointed secretary of the health and family welfare department, replacing P Senthilkumar, who has been posted as CM's secretary. HTC
