Ghaziabad, Aug. 22 -- A 23-year-old hearing and speech-impaired Dalit woman, who was allegedly gang raped in Loni after stepping out of her house on August 18 evening, was found dead at her house early Thursday, police said, adding they have not recovered any suicide note. Later on Thursday, the police arrested two suspects for allegedly raping the woman following an exchange of fire. The victim's family told police about her death at 6am, said officers, adding they added provisions of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act to the FIR.
