New Delhi, July 8 -- The appointment of an assistant private secretary to the Union environment minister Bhupender Yadav, Siddharth Yadav, was terminated on Tuesday, according to a government order dated July 3, a move that comes a day after three other members of the minister's personal staff were either repatriated to their parent cadres, or saw their appointments terminated through separate orders, also dated July 3. The Opposition has raised questions about purging the minister's entire personal staff, even as the ministry termed the move as an "administrative decision".
