RANCHI, Sept. 29 -- Jharkhand chief minster Hemant Soren on Monday moved the high court against a recent directive issued by the Special Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) court in a land case. People aware of the matter said the high court is scheduled to conduct a crucial hearing on the maintainability of the petition on Tuesday. "The CM filed a criminal writ petition contesting the PMLA court's September 21 order.
