India, April 16 -- Gurugram-based real estate developer Signature Global has partnered with Italian luxury lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini to develop a premium branded residential project in Sector 71, Gurugram, for Rs.2,890.9 crore, the company said in a statement on April 16.

The project, to be developed along the Southern Peripheral Road, will span approximately 12.40 acres and comprise 812 luxury apartments in 3, 4 and 4.5 BHK configurations. The Gross Development Value (GDV) of the project is approximately Rs.4,000 crore. Pricing details are expected to be announced at the official launch, the company said.
