India, Sept. 11 -- The sub-inspector (SI) who filed a report seeking action under Section 130 of Bharatiya Nyaya Suraksha Sanhita against a law student for allegedly spreading false anti-government propaganda, has been suspended and a departmental inquiry has been initiated against the officers involved in the case, Gautam Budh Nagar police said Thursday. Police said no action has been taken yet against the executive magistrate who issued the notice based on the SI's report.
