India, June 12 -- For years, Surbhi's life revolved around work. The Gurgaon-based management consultant has spent over a decade in the corporate world and holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB). For a long time, her identity was centred around professional achievements. Today, however, Surbhi says her job is just one part of who she is.

"I want the job to be only 10 to 15 per cent reflection of who I am, not 90 per cent reflection of who I am," she told Hindustantime.com over a phone call.
