New Delhi, Aug. 26 -- Union home minister Amit Shah on Tuesday reiterated that India was "not a dharamshala" and that infiltrators threatened the country's security, economy and demographics, as he unveiled a four-pronged border strategy shared with states along the land frontier.
Shah said the government aimed to make India "free of infiltrators in a very short period".
