India, Aug. 22 -- Shantanu Mukherji, popularly known as Bollywood singer Shaan, and his wife, Radhika Mukherji, have purchased three flats in Bandra West, Mumbai, from developer NVK Realty LLP for a total consideration of Rs.47.64 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.

The apartments are located on higher floors of the Palmera project on Turner Road in Bandra West and have a combined area of 6,267.87 sq ft. Each unit was purchased for Rs.15.88 crore, the documents showed.

The transaction attracted a total stamp duty of Rs.2.70 crore and was registered on August 20, 2026. The purchase also includes nine car parking spaces.
