Scindia: India's telecom boom lays ground for fintech, 6G
MUMBAI, Sept. 11 -- India's rapid expansion of digital and telecom connectivity has laid the foundation for the country's fintech growth and its ambition to lead the world in 6G, Union minister of communications Jyotiraditya Scindia said on Thursday.
Delivering the keynote address, 'Connected India, Empowered Finance: Building Trusted Digital Infrastructure for the AI Economy', on the second day of the Global Fintech Fest, Scindia said India had emerged as the world's second-largest telecom market after a decade of rapid expansion.
