Mohali, Aug. 23 -- Zirakpur police have registered a case after goods and assets worth around Rs.1.5 crore were allegedly stolen from a luxury store on Oxford Street. The store owner has named his manager, Mohina Diwani, alias Deempi, as the primary suspect in the FIR.

According to the complaint, employees found the store's locks broken when they reached there on August 9. They found more than 200 designer ready-made dresses and around 15,000 metres of imported fabric missing. The thieves also took away two air conditioners, a sound system, a laptop and a computer system containing business data and records. A manual administrative file containing employees' identity documents, salary details and purchase invoices was also missing.
