ROHTAK, Aug. 22 -- The Haryana government on Friday authorised Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHS), Rohtak, to recruit personnel for Class-A and Class-B posts, including permanent doctors and medical faculty, a move aimed at addressing shortages of doctors and faculty in state's government medical colleges.

The decision allows UHS Rohtak to recruit permanent doctors and faculty not only for its own institutions but also for newly established government medical colleges across the state.
