Road rage: Suspect shoots commuter, leaves him injured after scolded for rash driving in Faridabad
India, April 4 -- A 30-year-old man was injured after a suspect allegedly opened fire on him at Faridabad's Aadarsh Nagar following a petty argument over a rash driving on Friday, police said.
Police said the victim was Vivek Saraswat, a native of Hathras in Uttar Pradesh, who has been living in Faridabad for the last several years. He worked in a private firm in Sector 59.
According to police Vivek missed the bullet narrowly as it grazed his left cheek.
A senior police officer said, Vivek was on way to his office on a motorcycle when the incident took place on Balaji College Road at 10.25 am. The suspect was riding a motorcycle with a woman as a pillion rider.
